Job Description

What you will do daily:

  • Support our Senior Sales Manager's work
  • Help the sales process from lead identification through close,
  • Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads,
  • Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
  • Understand prospect's requirements and represent those needs to our employees,
  • Work towards maintaining healthy client relationships,
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have a few years of work experience in Sales and/or Account Management
  • You thrive when you get to establish trusting relationships with clients,
  • You can develop a deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated,
  • You speak English fluently.

Some Further Practical Details:

  • Start date: As soon as possible, but if you currently work somewhere and have a notice period, it is still fine, we will wait for the right person!
  • Location: You will not be required to work from our office, but of course, if you wish to visit the office from time to time, you’re more than welcome to do so!
  • Compensation: The final package will depend on your professional experience.

Selection process:

  1. Phone conversation with our Recruiter – We will briefly talk about your motivation and experience and we will switch to English for a few questions and ask about your compensation expectations.
  2. Video Interview with your future Team Lead. We will tell you more about the current status of the sales team, the sales strategy, and further requirements of the job, and also we will ask about your experience in more detail.
