Job Description:
Responsible for online bidding for IT Sales
Client Interaction through Skype call, Skype Chat, Email, Phone Calls etc
Requirement Gathering to understand the client requirement
Follow up with the development team for Analysing the client requirement.
Submit the proposal to the client
Follow up and Negotiation with the Client for Finalization
Interact with existing client for cross-selling
Customer Relationship Management
Need to work on portals like Upwork, Guru, etc.
Working on Business-to-Business Sales / Business Development (IT software sales)
