Job Description

Our client is an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in the United States, with operations in over 171 countries. The client produces and sells computer hardware, middleware, and software, and provides hosting and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanotechnology. It is also a major research organization, holding the record for most annual US patents generated by a business for 28 consecutive years.

Responsibilities:

  • Possesses solid grasp in contact center domain and especially in a digital channel (Chat)
  • Understand the user stories and coordinate with SME in order to choose the appropriate solution and design
  • Require to work directly with the product owner to understand the stories, learn about expectations and desired results

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the financial domain
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies
  • Requires deep level knowledge of the telephony applications such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Nuance, Verint, etc.
  • Extensive experience in documentation of business requirements and system functional specifications, including business requirements documents, and functional specifications documents
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve cross-functional problems related to business operations utilizing statistical analysis methodology
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving, use of analytical tools (e.g., MiniTab, Excel graphs)
