Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer who works as a Genesys Cloud Developer for the implementation of the Contact Centre as a Service solution. This person will partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional program team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and support complex Contact Centre requirements
  • Develop architect flow, data actions
  • System integration, and configuration
  • Develop, maintain and support Genesys Cloud solutions
  • Participate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining the root cause
  • Deal with voice and chatbots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities

Qualifications

  • 4 Year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have worked with Genesys Cloud
  • Experience in developing Routing and IVR workflows using Architect tool of Genesys Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Genesys Framework, routing, and SIP components
  • Strong experience in Genesys solutions and its products and technologies
  • SDLC lifecycle for code deployments and experience working with git repositories
  • Familiarity with implementation and release management
  • Experience in multi data-center deployments with 99.9% availability in core contact center functionalities
