System Design and Support Engineer

The associate would be working in the markets of Television Broadcast, Aero Space, Theater and many others.

Will you be our new System Design and Support Engineer at Bosch CCS?

Your contribution to something big

• Translate end-user requirements into a technical solutions;
• Prepare technical concept, system designs for dedicated product solutions and projects on request of sales organizations;
• Assist end-users and distributors with trouble shooting and upgrades throughout the life of the system (level 2 and level 3);
• Support final installation and commissioning phase (trouble-shooting) and training as required;
• Provide guidance and support in the creation of training material.

What distinguishes you

•     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3– 5 years of equivalent experience in technical support of professional audio communications or IP networking;
•     Strong customer focus;
•     Strong communication skills, both written and verbal using the English language, Dutch is a plus;
•     Ability to plan, organize and implement activities on key priorities and effectively juggling multiple projects to achieve timely, accurate results;
•     Ability to identify problems and root causes, being creative in problem solving and solutions;
•     Up to 50% travel (some international) may be required.
