Job Description

As a customer service agent for H&M Customer Service Center your most important responsibility is to make our customers' lives easier. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service by phone, chat and email. You will assist our Russian-speaking customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments.

  • Your warmth and enthusiasm for helping others is what makes the conversation exceptional for our customers and will ensure they are getting the best possible experience. 
  • Russian language – native or skilled as native in speaking and writing 
  • English language – intermediate level in speaking and writing 
  • You have excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.
