Job Description

  • Assists the NMS team in establishing, maintaining and improving the required Management Systems and documentation
  • Assists the NMS Supervisor in the preparation of the divisional internal audit package and conducts internal audits as team member or observer according to the internal audit programme
  • Assists and coordinates during monthly QHSEE meetings and other meetings related to the management systems
  • Provides assistance to QHSEE Coordinators from the different business and function lines in implementing the Management Systems in their respective divisions
  • Acts as the Document Controller of the team and maintains the integrity of all documented information saved in the IMS SharePoint site
  • Assists during external audits (supplier audit) and other certifications and accreditations deemed necessary by SGS Philippines
  • Reports all Management Systems related audits and incidents using the Crystal Non Conformity Report module
  •  Assists in the investigation of non conformities, recommends corrective actions and improvement plans to ensure continual improvement of the different management systems
  • Assists the team in facilitating necessary IMS training awareness and other related initiatives
  • Assists in monitoring the status or progress of IMS related training and providing such information to the QHSEE coordinators on a regular basis
  • Assists the team in consolidating inputs and evaluates data to come up with a conclusion on the Integrated Management Systems performance (i.e. achievement of objectives and compliance evaluation) for management review
  • Assists the NMS team in planning and implementation of QHSEE projects that would benefit the society and the environment while boosting the SGS brand and reputation
  • Operates to the highest standards of ethics in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity

Qualifications

  • At least one year work experience in management system-related field or projects
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards and statutory and regulatory requirements of the Philippines is an advantage
  • Has a strong documentation, auditing and training skills (any of these is an advantage)
  • Has the ability to make professional judgments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Has the ability to manage time and deadlines
  • Has the ability to work with various cross-cultural people
  • Knowledgeable in the different Microsoft office system applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word or any related desktop applications
