Opportunity summary
In line with Accesa project methodology, lead, oversee and ensure the successful scoping, delivery, closure and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic / flexible change management. Your role will also give you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site team.

About the project
The client is one of the market’s leaders in providing one stop shop in automotive industry that plans and implements turnkey paint shops and final assembly systems and machine and robot technology.
The business need behind the project is the waste reduction in the process of car bodies painting and drying. The application will predict how a car body will behave in an oven with certain parameters based on data collected by different types of sensors. The data will be used for monitoring and controlling purposes and for running different simulations.
Currently, there are 10 teams (over 40 colleagues) working in this project portfolio, covering various roles: software developer, quality assurance engineers, product owner, business analyst, commissioner, scrum master, project delivery manager.
Develop tactical and achievable project plans and monitors the delivery against performance measures and milestones
Plan capacity and coordinate the software development teams within the project
Solve the problems, the conflicts that may occur and monitor the progress
Identify and mitigate possible risks
Maintain a close communication and cooperation with the stakeholders
Responsible with the continuous improvement of the software regarding: quality, technical solutions and processes
Assists cross-team communications and alignment
Provides visibility, neutrality and transparency in project operations
Coach development teams for self-organization
Create specific documentation for the project you are in charge
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Detail oriented, demonstrated strong analytical/ problem solving and organizational skills
Emphasis on challenge and support of the team members
Problem-solving mindset; facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and ensuring information distribution to the right recipients
