Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Digital Marketing to join us on our mission to help SMEs reach their customers and grow their businesses. You will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will also include: 

  • Managing a small digital marketing team across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture and conversion across a variety of channels for our clients and GrowthDesk. 
  • Devising campaign strategies to achieve campaign objectives across digital channels - Web / SEO / SEM / database marketing / email / social media / display ads
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Training and developing the DM team through coaching and providing growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Dev Team, Creatives, AM Team and others to ensure our marketing campaigns are run smoothly .
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement



Key Requirements: 

  • Min. 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or related field
