The Client Support Specialist supports clients in the ongoing use and management of purchased software. Interacts directly with un-assigned clients, maintaining positive relationships. Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials, receives, uploads, and validates client data, configures features and reports, and provides end-user training. Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract. Suggests feature or functionality changes or enhancements to build product adoption. Creates and maintains client requirement documentation. Troubleshoots system issues and documents items for resolution by technical teams. Escalates non-technical client concerns to Customer Success team.
Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience. Experience with HR solutions is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Excel. Customer/client orientation.
