Job Description

The Sr. Manager - Investor Relations will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the investor relations program, including communications with investors and sell-side analysts, creating internal and external presentation materials, and performing ad-hoc analyses, as required.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support executives and the VP of investor relations in building relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company’s story and answering questions.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and log interactions with investors.
  • Develop customized communications programs to educate and inform sell-side analysts and targeted investors.
  • Provide feedback of investor interaction to senior executives.
  • Manage the quarterly earnings process, including the creation of presentation materials and managing call logistics.
  • Work with corporate communications to develop and disseminate internal and external messaging of financial results, product announcements, and other corporate developments.
  • Monitor and distribute peer group research; follow industry, competitor and customer developments and news flow, including earnings calls and analyst days, and communicate key takeaways to management.
  • Manage investor meetings and conference presentations, including the preparation of senior executives.
  • Maintain the investor relations section of the website.
  • Collect and analyze sell side estimates and maintain consensus model.
  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors and other internal audiences on investor relations activities, share ownership, and valuation, as required.
  • Travel with senior executives as needed to investor conferences and meetings

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in investor relations, sell- or buy-side research, investment banking or corporate finance
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to interact and engage with investors, analysts and senior executives.
  • Analytical thinker with strict attention to detail
