As part of our Business Team’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for an outstanding Growth Marketing Analyst. You will be an early hire that will help build the measurement and analytics of the growth marketing discipline at Cash App. You will work with the Head of Growth Marketing and our Growth Marketing Managers to inform and steer our marketing strategy and budget allocation operations using robust performance reporting, analysis, and insights.
You Will:
Develop & deliver marketing performance analyses and program recommendations for marketing leaders
Support the ongoing analysis of business performance required to inform marketing decisions on a day-to-day basis
Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to create testing frameworks for new channels and creative, ensuring measurability of new initiatives
Own our data infrastructure, being the expert in integrating new data sources and owning our existing ETL’s
Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns, tests, and channels
Work with Growth Marketing Managers to determine success metrics, forecast spend, and drive performance improvements.
You Have:
3-5 years of experience in strategic, analytical and operational roles: you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business and marketing intuition and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems, and have done so at a fast-growing technology company. You've likely held roles in analytics, growth, and/or marketing.
Impact Orientation: Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Ability to communicate complex data concepts and reasoning in ways that senior management, creatives, and other stakeholders can understand
Data Fluency: Expert quantitative analysis and logical reasoning; 2+ years experience using SQL and Tableau or other visualization tools on large data sets to extract trends and insights.
Experience and fluency in marketing-specific data strongly preferred. Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, SEO, ASO, in-product, push, email) and concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
