Job Description

The Position

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Systems will be the primary owner of the Business Development and Marketing tech stack, interfaced with SFDC CRM. This team member will deliver on a variety of projects by gathering requirements from stakeholders, challenging assumptions where appropriate, and translating requirements into technical specifications and solutions. The Senior Analyst, Commercial Systems will be highly interactive with business leaders and will be responsible for the availability, configuration, and modification to the GTM systems to support growing and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with team members, business leaders and other stakeholders to gather, understand and translate requirements for various projects and initiatives
  • Design, build and implement scalable solutions using tools such as custom objects, applications, processes, and flows
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, and contribute to the analysis of the output
  • Manage all users, permissions and other security controls in Outreach, Hubspot, and related applications
  • Create and maintain consistent change management processes using sandboxes
  • Author and maintain system related documentation including solution requirements, workflows, use cases and updates
  • Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
  • Provide input on business processes, always looking for opportunities to enable continuous improvement in all areas relating to data integrity
  • Evaluate, configure, and support ongoing maintenance of applications
  • Plan and execute large-scale data improvement projects including data normalization, de-duping and general clean up within Hubspot, Outreach, and integrated applications
  • Maintain and drive understanding of current systems capabilities and stay up to date on latest releases

Qualifications

​​​​​​​Ideal Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience administering Commercial systems
  • Hubspot (or other Marketing Automation) certification strongly preferred
  • Outreach (or other Sales Engagement platform) certification strongly preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages and installed packages
  • Strong experience with designing and maintaining data structure and schema
  • Strong experience with data manipulation and maintenance with Excel, Data Loader and other tools
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce & SOQL is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning (CPQ preferred)
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing related third-party applications (e.g. Data & Marketing Automation)
  • Experience analyzing and documenting requirements, processes and/or policies
  • Having an operational mindset with a desire to do operations
  • Experience training individuals, groups, and first-time users
  • A focus on strategic improvements and the business impact of contributions beyond tactical needs and activities
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams

Additional Information

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science discipline

Travel: Occasional travel to regional MMIT offices.  Up to 10%

Location: Position headquartered in Yardley, PA – remote available
