Job Description

As a Territory Sales Representative for Bosch, you are responsible for developing and leading outside sales channels to effectively sell technical products in your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for developing strategies and executing sales & marketing initiatives that result in profitable sales growth of the complete Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Product portfolio. This includes Diagnostics, ADAS, Air Conditioning, Battery, Electronics, and Tool and Equipment product groups.

You will do this by developing local and regional relationships with customer sales leaders/teams, distributors, jobbers, sales agencies and end users. You will work remotely from a home-based office, when not traveling to clients, trade shows, or sales-based training.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience within the automotive aftermarket service tool and equipment industry required.
  • Proficient in building relationships with automotive tool and equipment distributors and technicians.
  • Proficient in selling techniques, territory sales management and planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with organization relationship management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be located in Minnesota/North or South Dakota and be able to work remotely from a home based office when not traveling.
