Sales Associate

RiPT Fitness is a high-intensity group interval training studio. In addition to studio classes, we work with clients all across the Nation with their overall health and wellness goals. We are committed to providing fun and effective workouts while focusing on personal attention and obtaining results. Our studio is locally owned and we pride ourselves on our family-like environment both between our clients and staff members.

Looking for an experienced fitness salesperson with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. You will be calling inbound and "hot" leads coming from social media advertising. You will be given a script to follow (which you can massage to make your own voice be heard) in order to qualify and/or disqualify program applicants.

Your sole job will be to pre-screen the applicants and book them with the Sales rep for a follow-on call.

Pay for this position will start at a fixed amount per appointment that "shows" on sales teams' schedule.
Results Desired: 75%+ Book ("Set") rate. A "Set" appointment requires a credit card on file in order to book into the sales team's schedule.
