We are looking for talented data analyst interns who turn data into intelligent insights, analyze big data to build models and algorithms that help us provide intelligent leads and opportunities to grow revenue. You must be comfortable analyzing massive datasets and customer insights to build models that fuel our growth. The ideal candidate must be willing to effectively work across multiple stakeholders and tasks, exhibit strong problem-solving skills and be ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment.

What you would be doing

• Understand data sources, research methods and applied operations research methodologies including optimization algorithms, and simulation modeling, and statistical analyses.
• Business insights, analytics, data products & reporting, and/or advanced analytics supporting a various functions via descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive models.
• Demonstrate deep analytical ability, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data driven insights.
• Design and build innovative data and analytics solutions, visuals, metrics and KPIs.
• Deploy descriptive, predictive, and/or prescriptive models through data insights.
• Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore and solve problems.

• Currently enrolled in Data Science program - PhD. or Masters. 
• Experience with data analytics, research, and data modeling
• Experience in estimation, experimental design, hypothesis, and A/B testing.
• Some experience with data scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python)
• Familiarity with probability, probability distributions, statistics, and causal inference.
• Strong communicator who can express complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner (written, presentation and verbal)
• Experience working with Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, Power BI, or similar is preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill sets
