Job Description

The Digital Account Executive will work with other account team members in profitably managing and building client’s business. Digital Account Executives are responsible for leading the day-to-day management and implementation of client programs and initiatives and ensuring flawless program execution. 

Integral to the success of this position is the ability to work with all levels and roles within the organization from strategy, creative, studio, production, developers, accounting/finance and other account teams, as well as third-party vendors.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinates day-to-day execution of all projects ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution.
  • Develops project schedules and monitors progress daily. Involves Agency team in making realistic, workable commitments.
  • Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates development of and critically reviews creative brief, creative layouts, copy and mechanicals.
  • Prepares data processing specifications and perform audits.
  • Ensures client sign-off on all phases of production.
  • Develops email link matrices and mark-ups for asset hand-off to development team.
  • Leads hand-off meetings with email development team.
  • Coordinates and revises project estimates and obtains approvals.
  • Updates client status reports.
  • Completes conference reports for client meetings.
  • Manages financial tracking and reporting by assisting account team with monthly job reconciliations
  • Develops oral and written client presentations and/or communications
  • Assists with the Post-Program Evaluation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct marketing and/or general advertising experience required. Applicable internship experience will be considered. Financial services marketing experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in execution of detailed projects and the demonstration of critical decision-making skills.
  • Thorough and accurate communication ability; Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others as part of a team with integrity, professionalism, and dependability
  • Ability to meet or exceed client expectations in the areas of account management, industry/category/brand knowledge with a good understanding of industry channels and market conditions
  • Should have high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to function autonomously, while retaining team membership and spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
