The Contracts Paralegal will provide legal support and assistance to all aspects of contract management, policy, and procedures. This role will report to the General Counsel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with review, drafting and/or negotiation of company-wide contracts and agreements, as needed, including RFPs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service/licensing agreements, subcontracts, and consulting agreements
• Negotiating directly and independently with the customer, partner or vendor
• Assist with the maintenance of the company’s trademark applications, deadlines and filing fees
• Provide support to the Legal team by responding to internal and external inquiries including, but not limited to, those relating to vendor credentialing
• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and refinement of forms, processes, and procedures

• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multi-task, accomplishing numerous tasks in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced work environment
• Sound judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Dedicated team player with the willingness and desire to learn and grow within the organization
•  Bachelor's degree in business, legal or related field
• 3- 5 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal terms; in-house legal experience preferred
• Healthcare contract experience with MSOs, Hospitals, Health Systems, Laboratories or Health Plans
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR and policy rules
• Understanding of software systems, tools and techniques necessary for contract management
• Experience with contract terms related to software, cloud computing, product development and professional services
•  Familiarity or experience with trademark searches and filing processes is a plus

This is a full-time position for our HQ located in Elmwood Park, NJ. Remote work is available within the US.
