The Role

Finch is looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role you will manage inbound and outbound leads as well as build relationships with our prospective customers. You will own the relationship with prospects, guiding them through the full sales cycle to happy Finch customers.You will have the unique opportunity to help set the team culture and drive our sales process and go to market strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Get a deep understanding of our brand positioning, sales process, and customer stories. 
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and improve our sales process.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Educate customers on the value of Finch through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, expansion, and renewal.
  • Independently manage and develop your pipeline.
  • Close your first customers.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and improve our sales process.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of account executive experience working in a fast-paced environment at a tech, banking, or consulting company.
  • ​​Ability to understand Finch’s API and clearly communicate it to both technical audiences.
  • Articulate, clear, and concise written and spoken communication.
  • You have a solid understanding of the buyer journey and are comfortable driving short single stakeholder deals and complex multi-party sales.
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.
  • The ability to travel whenever required.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
