Job Description

This position assists the Director in executing traffic for the assigned accounts.   The Supervisor assists in managing the traffic team – developing their skills, evaluating their performance and managing their growth.

Traffic Management:

  • Preparing traffic instructions and orders under the direction of the account team
  • Problem solve on all accounts relating to traffic, including problems between account teams and buyers
  • Distribute completed projects with detailed traffic instructions to appropriate vendors and confirm orders
  • Point of escalation for incorrectly booked media
  • Ability to create, manage, and follow procedures
  • Supervise Traffic team; train Traffic Associates
  • Provides support for absent team members
  • Reviews weekly talent reports for accuracy

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships 

Strategic Thinking & Leadership:

  • Provide guidance to team members and nurture/promote team environment
  • Review performance of Traffic Coordinators
  • Enforces adherence to quality standards for the team as outlined by department head 

Communication Skills:

  • Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Write in a clear, professional and succinct manner
  • Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially
  • Keeps Director apprised of work status
