We are currently looking for an HR Admin Coordinator to join our People team and work closely with our HR Business Partners. You will be in the center of our growth, making sure that all our people admin processes are done right and delivering excellent employee experience to all our Smartians (how we call our employees). You will have end to end responsibility for supporting our People Admin processes (the system-automation and day-to-day tactical tasks) in the following countries: Poland, Germany, UK, France, US (and more in the near future).
What you’ll deliver:
Be responsible for all employee data in our HRIS (HiBob) - from the moment people join us and until their last days with us;
Assist in preparing all employment documentation for our Smartians - employment contracts, promotion letters, employment verifications, etc;
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors or benefits providers;
Assist our payroll department by providing relevant employee information;
Drive efficiencies through automation in our processes and systems;
Be an ambassador of our Smartian culture by living our core values in everything that you do.
3+ years on a similar role, creating employment documentation for multiple countries;
Prior experience in administering employee data in HR systems with special emphasis on data quality;
Knowledge on employment law basics and benefits management in the following countries - US, France, Germany or UK.
Detail-oriented, organized and keen to work as a team;
Driven and proactive;
Motivated by a fast-paced, high growth environment
Fluent in English and German.
