What you’ll do if you join us

• Be the mastermind of our ongoing book-keeping up to the monthly financial statement and report submission (VAT-report, MOSS statement)

• Write invoices, lead the dunning process and manage our customer’s vendor forms

• Check incoming invoices formally, pay them, and manage requests of our suppliers or partners

• Expert for tax issues with a focus on VAT

• Coordination, analysis, and evaluation of balance sheet accounts as part of accounts reconciliation

• Assist with reporting and the financial statement at the end of the year

• Foreign currency valuation and management of provisions

• Coordinate tax and accounting processes with our tax advisor, managers or authorities

What we’re looking for

• You are an Austrian accounting professional with higher education in accounting and up to 3 years of work experience 

• An expert in Austrian tax law, KOESt, USt, UGB

• A person that loves to start something from the scratch and helps us to manage tax questions during our growth journey

• A detail-oriented person who documents and manages our tax processes

• Strong affinity with technology and software as well as first ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience (SAP, Sage, BMD…)

• Professional experience in a multinational organization with a basic understanding of global processes and transaction flows is a plus

• International mindset and good English skills
