As a Partner Services Architect for our Cortex Partner ecosystem, you will provide a mix of technical architecture and service design activities as well as internal solution development and knowledge management.
You are an expert with a strong understanding of security operations that include but are not limited to Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Incident Response (IR), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR). You know how to make the best use of Cortex products to design, build, and implement a successful service within the Partner ecosystem. You will drive the design of new partner services and optimize the solution by leading the initial execution of projects.
This position requires strong leadership and communication skills; you will need to coordinate and collaborate with the Cortex community to determine tools and techniques, and develop Cortex assets. Additionally, you will need to articulate a clear vision to partners, customers, consultants, and account managers.
As part of our Partner Services Team, you’ll support the partner and sales team with technical expertise and guidance when establishing trust with key partners. You won’t find someone at Palo Alto Networks that isn’t committed to your success – with everyone pitching in to assist when it comes to solutions selling, learning, and development. As a member of our Services-Led team, you are driven by a partner services sales environment and find fulfillment in working with partners to resolve incredible complex cyberthreats.
