WHAT WE OFFER

• Be the lead for Modern Web Design projects for our largest client: Our agency has a long standing relationship with a top FMCG brand that owns multiple brands of household goods.
• Managing the Modern Web Design program holds global project management tasks: working with this client you will be able to experience complexities of global project planning, stakeholder management, global budgeting practices and managing relationships in a matrix
• Being part of a new digital program allows you to work closely with the preselected and expert teams of DDA agencies (digital delivery agencies) dedicated to the group globally
• Evaluate opportunities arising thru client requirements and ideation processes
• Lead opportunities of growth for our agency, drive client discussions and work on delivering the agreed scope with teams: managing resources, keeping track of milestones and deliverables
• Flexible working hours and remote work is an option if you are living outside of Budapest

JOB SCOPE AND R & R

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to give support, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with clients, team members, managers, and in-house accounts and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors if needed
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with clients and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

• Excellent time and risk management
• Great communication skills, relationship/stakeholder management
• Technical project management experience (including website building and maintenance)- preferably gained in a multiple project environment
• Problem solving attitude, solution oriented mindset
• Nice to have: PMP or equivalent certification
