O365 migration from on premises - Work experience in at-least one migration mandatory
To understand customer business needs and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our customers experience.
Designing O365 solutions by ensuring conformance to industry design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
Providing O365 technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales
Resolution ownership of technical challenges for O365 projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.
Mentoring and coaching more junior architects within the team across the areas of development, O365 operations, testing and support team in collaboration.
Key competencies to include technical evaluations & presentation, coaching, handling multiple stakeholders & working in a collaborative model , managing time & priorities, conflict management, commercials and technical writing.
Should be able to suggest and guide in regards to the security aspects, penetration tests and compliance policies
At least one major implementation in O365 (e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams) including hybrid configuration and Identity and Access management.
Should have designed O365 solutions for complex needs with high quality, ensuring conformance to industry design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
O365 Subject Matter Expert within the business and to the end customers, responsible for delivering enterprise-sized O365 solutions.
Should have experience in handling enterprise customers.
A good working knowledge of the entire O365 stack, including their interactions and use cases.
Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Security and Compliance would be an added advantage.
Experience of working on both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
Experience in various Migration tools.
Knowledge and experiences on the DevOps tools, processes and practices
