We're looking to add new dynamic Account Managers to join our award-winning team and expanding company.

Home based with occasional field visits 

Ideally, you are already located in one of these areas;

  • Hampshire/Dorset/Wiltshire/Surrey/Berkshire/West Sussex/Somerset

We will reward the right person with a £30,000 basic (OTE £50,000) salary plus uncapped bonuses, company incentives and other cool benefits.

Main Job Purpose

The main purpose of a Union Street Account Manager is to plan and carry out proactive revenue generating activities to maintain long term partner account relationships, introduce new products and services, secure new orders and maximise the revenue and profitability of each assigned account.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing allocated partner accounts to increase revenue streams, improve relationships and the sale of Union Street products and services.
  • Developing relationships with key decision makes and senior contacts within allocated partner accounts.
  • Identifying partner customer service issues and escalating them to the relevant person/department according to Union Street guidelines.
  • To ensure that allocated partner accounts are kept appraised of the company’s services and product developments, identifying, and promoting those of most relevance.

Skills required:

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years' Account Management, Telesales/Telemarketing experience ideally within the billing/telecom or software sales industry (Those without will still be considered)
  • A self-starter with experience of working in a targeted sales environment & ability to work under own initiative.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales KPI's on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis.
  • An strong ability to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Willing to develop, adapt and learn new techniques, methods, and strategies.
  • A strong knowledge of sales processes & structure.
  • Proactive & able to develop lasting business relationships with both existing & prospective customers, ensuring that the clients' requirements are always met.
  • Excellent organisational, presentational & administrative skills.
  • Good attention to detail with good overall numeracy & literacy.
  • Ability to work & multitask under pressure.
  • A confident and entertaining communicator across all channels including remote meetings, telephone call and face to face.
