Job Description

To boost our B2B social capabilities in the US we are looking for a social media executive based in India to provide extra capacity to the social media team. 

What will I be doing? 

  • Execute social campaigns in line with current social media strategy  

  • Continually optimise paid campaign components including ad copy, bid prices, cost per lead, cost per click, audience optimisation, etc. 

  • Write compelling ad copy with a focus on driving conversions 

  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy to ensure optimal campaign performance 

  • Compile monthly paid social reports with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance 

  • Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels 

  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our clients’ locations and industries 

  • Research to stay on top of the latest trends in paid social advertising 

  • Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, ensuring they are optimised and meet agreed KPI’s 

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly monitoring, analysis, and reporting 

  • Overseeing and managing budgets across multiple global LinkedIn campaigns 

  • Work alongside creative and design teams to promote best practices for social creative assets 


Skills required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Fluent in communicating and writing in English  

  • 2-4 years paid social media experience   

  • Experience with LinkedIn campaign manager - other paid platform experience a bonus 

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms more generally, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram Tik-Tok, etc. 

  • Experience with social media strategy and implementation 

  • B2B experience working with global brands - regardless of industry  

  • Comfortable working within a remote team  

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
