Edvicon International is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization registered under the Digital Infrastructure & Information Technology Division, Ministry of Defense, Sri Lanka.
Edvicon International wants to enhance the quality of education the students receive and enhance the literacy among the Sri Lankan students and students from our member countries while being in an educated International Community.

The ideal candidate will use a strategic mindset to drive the future success of the company by aligning teams under one vision. With responsibility for all program areas, this candidate will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas: fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations.
POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Dedicate 1 hour per day for the organizational work
Proactively assist to manage complex calendar for a global executive, including scheduling meetings/calls across multiple time zones, meeting preparation, and organization
Effectively assist to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, triage correspondence and inquiries following through on projects to successful completion
Assist to manage and track key department initiatives, service anniversaries, and employee recognition - prepare quarterly updates
Perform research as required
Continuously demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
Exercise the highest degree of discretion when handling confidential matters
Build high trust relationships, demonstrating leadership and credibility in all duties performed
Other duties as assigned to support the organization
Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Create and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to facilitate the success of the organization
Previous management or relevant experience
Proven track record of demonstrating integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge and understanding of legal terms, concepts, and principles preferred
Ability to prioritize and keep track of projects and assignments, exercising frequent independent judgment, initiative, and tact
Willingness to accept increased responsibilities
Advanced proficiency with contemporary office technology/software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google mail, calendar, drive, and function-specific software
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including a high degree of accuracy with spelling and grammar
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Outstanding time-management, and organizational skills
Experience in large-scale program management (Optional)
