Data Analyst

Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Redshift, Python and UIPath are just some of the exciting tools you’ll be using in this role.  Largely Marketing focused to begin with, the role will mature to include elements of Marketing and Sales performance.  We don’t expect you to be expert in all these tools as on the job training will be provided.  Some Marketing Analytics knowledge and experience can be an advantage but more important is a passion for large scale data analytics and serving customers to the highest level.  Specific day to day activities will include:

• Configure website tags in Adobe Analytics to ensure we can capture usage data
• Work with technology and product teams across the business to help ensure websites are correctly set up
• Support testing of websites to ensure usage data flows through to end user dashboards
• Provide advice to business areas and product teams on new website features and how it will impact current and future reporting
• Build and run reports in Google Analytics
• Ensure new data, data sets or data sources are documented, understood, and used in dashboards
• Ensure day to day delivery is timely, accurate and complete
• Create high quality data visualisations that enable the users to focus on the right details with minimal training

• Degree holder with analytics related subject OR 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics data would be an advantage
• Experience with Tableau and/or Python is definite advantage
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS
• Ability to work under pressures while paying attention to details
• Good communication skills
