As we are growing our team, we have an opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to help us continue improving the experiences of our students and university partners. • You have solid research skills, can generate insights, and translate them into user flows, wireframes and prototypes. You know how to embed research into the various stages of the discovery, design and development process.
  • Great communicator. You are excellent at negotiating and communicating complex information to stakeholders and team members.
  • Team player. You love being part of a team and collaborating with others, both in your design trade and cross-functional team.
  • Outcome focused. You're thrilled by achieving outcomes rather than delivering outputs and want to measure your success objectively.
  • Growth mindset. You're conscious we are all biased and always seek feedback to check your assumptions. You are eager to learn and being abreast of current and emerging design trends
  • Values-driven. You are motivated by the impact your outcomes make to achieve our Mission; you live and breathe our values.

What you have

  • Experience with all aspects of a user-centred design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting usability tests and creating annotated design specifications.
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology.
