We are looking for a marketing technology professional with a very strong focus on digital analytics who loves to transmit his/her passion for web technologies and big data projects to clients to shape and drive their digital solutions and experiences. You are a good fit if you are a sharp mind that gathers and analyses marketing & business needs and translates into efficient marketing platform solutions. Translating marketing planning and processes into workflows and required marketing tech stacks, especially covering Digital Analytics.
We are looking for professionals who help us build the future Customer Data Platforms and Data Driven Organizations. Analytics-, Customer Data- and Data Management Platforms is where your expertise lies. In your day to day activities you will ...
Consult and master projects with respect to tracking and measuring all desired on and offline touchpoints
Advocate and consult customers through the creation of Analytics, Data Management and Customer Data Platform solutions
Translate and define technical requirements for your internal colleagues and Technology Engineers to build and implement the desired solutions such as Tag Management Systems, Data Layers, Online & Offline Data Conjunction, Channel and Touchpoint Integrations, Implementation of various platforms and reporting solutions together with A/B Testings and high end personalization solutions
Establish standard data privacy compliant processes for client’s digital properties, to set up, maintain and track data for reach, performance, engagement and other behavior metrics
Project manage account analytics efforts setting company-wide best practices and processes
Manage Digital Analytics projects end to end from client handling, implementation, QA and support including trainings and ongoing customer support
What do we require?
A proven record in managing analytics and data management projects
Being able to develop strategies for data management solutions in digital marketing with a solid understanding of tracking omni-channel touchpoints
3+ years of hands-on experience with Analytics / Digital Marketing tools and services with e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360, Google Optimize, Google Cloud Products incl. BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, Tealium, Pega, Salesforce, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker.
Sound knowledge of CDP, DMP, DSP, Ad Serving landscape
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language
