Job Description

  • Defining recruiting strategies and best practices
  • Recruiting forecasting
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand roles and recruiting needs
  • Creating detailed job descriptions
  • Sourcing and uncovering the best talents
  • Presenting the company and it's values to possible future employees
  • Establishing and maintaining a network of contacts internally and externally
  • Building talent pipelines and keep them updated
  • Partnering with stakeholders in order to define technical profiles
  • Staying in touch with stakeholders during the recruitment process and providing constant updates  
  • Managing recruitment platforms, databases and internal tools
  • Managing employee referrals
  • Planning and organizing the participation to recruiting events
  • School relationship: research & development of European university partnerships
  • Contributing to our employer branding strategy
  • Supporting the team in defining criteria and targets for competitive salaries in all relevant markets


  • Fluent level of English
  • 4-5 years of recruitment experience within the IT-sector
  • Experience in multicultural environments
  • Experience in building recruiting strategies for fast ramp-ups
  • Ability to act as a sourcing wizard, identifying the best, fastest and efficient ways to get the best talent
  • Mastery of interview techniques and ability to adapt to the audience
  • Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken
  • Capability to organize your tasks accordingly and prioritize assignments
  • Being a team player, but also being able to work independently
  • A proactive mindset, who shares ideas and brings them to life
  • An open mind in terms of continuous improvement
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Ability to identify and match to the smallest details (eg. what frameworks/libraries belong to what programming language) the actively sourced profiles with the job requirements
  • Additional language skills, including German, would be an asset
  • Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA
