Company Description

We are offering an internship within the Marketing and Business Coordination department of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific Southeast based in Singapore. Our focus is to provide business solution in terms of marketing data excellence, processes, packaging solutions and product communication to various Business Units, Sales and Trade Marketing within the Automotive Aftermarket.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to join us for internships of 6 months.

Job Description

Supporting and coordination of Product Approval processes to ensure compliance for aftermarket products to be sold in Asia-Pacific Region.

- Data Collection: Support in data collection for legally binding regulations of APS countries (Product Certifications, Packaging Requirements, Emission Regulations, etc.)

- Coordination: Coordinate activities of data collection with external vendor and maintain internal database.

- Information Exchange: Coordinate communication exchange between Internal Stake Holders (Product Managers and External Suppliers)

- Support Country Approval Manager for ad-hoc tasks

Supporting and coordination of Brand Protection management topics in Asia-Pacific Region

- Information Exchange: Coordinate communication exchange between Internal Stake Holders (Product Managers and External Suppliers)

- Coordination: Close coordination with   internal managements and members of brand protection management group.

Support Product communication:

- Developing communication material (print /visual media)

- Maintaining digital assets in media database and frequent communication with external agencies and internal product managers

Qualifications

Student in Business, Communication or Marketing with interests in Automotive industry

- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (Start Date: Oct 2021 | End Date: Apr 2022)

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

- Speak fluent English and work in a multinational environment

- Multi task and work independently

- Good interpersonal skills

- Fulfill the visa requirements for employment in Singapore (www.mom.gov.sg)
