Job Description

You’re a player/coach growth marketer who wants to own the funnel and breathe all things measurement. For us, this means email marketing, social media strategy, retargeting, and overall acquisition marketing. You want to be THE person leading strategy across the CRM and beyond.

You’ll own strategy around paid and organic campaigns and automated email marketing, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to devise retargeting and offline nurture strategies that work to drive app installs and in-app conversions. You will build our segmentation, conversion goals and plan for aggressively going after the Hispanic health and wellness market.

You’re well-versed in reporting metrics for app, web, email and paid / organic channel activations and will own all deliverability-related metrics. As a critical touch point for customer acquisition, you will also be a pivotal contributor to the revenue attribution and marketing investment strategy.

This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the entire org. You're a player/coach hungry to take the lead in your next role with plenty of opportunity to grow along with the company.

On a day-to-day, you will:

  • Lay the foundation for a scalable, aggressive growth strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

  • Own strategy of all marketing-related paid and organic campaigns and overall measurement across various channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

  • Own reporting, testing strategy, and operational details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of execution and dashboard measurement (CPA/CPI and overall CAC)

  • Analyze and communicate results, including key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

  • Apply learnings to future campaigns to improve outcomes

  • Identify and implement new tests and tactics, innovating and continually seeking to drive improved results

  • Manage various channel initiatives including product launches, seasonal promotions, publishing content, and customer acquisition efforts.

  • Proactively find new channels and growth opportunities and track growth budget

  • Develop tactics for converting prospects into paid customers.

  • Analyze experiments such as A/B tests across channels.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven track record with B2C companies owning growth and performance

  • Experience working with subscription models and understanding what’s needed to drive customers from single purchase to a subscription model

  • Easily identify and respond to changes in performance 

  • Strong opinions about performance best practices and how to execute them with little to no oversight

  • A proven track record of working in a fast-growing and fast-moving company, able to create process and vision, rather than manage to what has already been defined

  • Familiarity with marketing automation software and analytical tools (google analytics, mixpanel and data studios)

  • Data analysis through Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) referencing marketing, product, and/or customer data. SQL experience is a plus.

  • Identify predictive product usage metrics that indicate activation and retention.

  • E-commerce and app experience preferred 

  • Experience in the health and wellness space is helpful but not required

  • Spanish speaking recommended
