Our team is based out of San Francisco, and we are looking for a content strategist that is comfortable taking a high degree of ownership of their program vision and execution of ideas. Beyond a strong history of leadership, a successful candidate will have experience successfully working on unstructured problems building a scalable customer success program, strong communication skills and easily adapting to changing roadmaps.

We're looking for a rockstar part-time content strategist who will help bring the Lendtable story to life. The ideal candidate is a team player who blends the art of copywriting with data analysis and persuasive techniques to write killer copy that sells.

Responsibilities

  • Create content strategy for B2C channels not limited to the Lendtable blog, lifecycle emails, website copy, app store descriptions, etc.
  • Create brand and voice tone guide
  • Monitor and develop product positioning and copy for new launches and internal customer success playbooks
  • Conduct A/B copy testing, monitor content performance, and translate into clear observations and actionable steps to optimize content efforts
  • Pitch ideas and fill an editorial calendar with compelling and informative content 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, or English
  • 3-5+ years of copywriting experience with a keen understanding of digital advertising environments, or previous experience at a high-growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt writing to different formats such as web, mobile, social media (paid and organic), blog posts, and help center articles under deadline
  • Excellent organization and execution skills - you are able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects, document progress, identify blockers, and be proactive 
Technology

Our team is based out of San Francisco, and we are looking for an engineer that is comfortable taking a high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas. Beyond a strong engineering, data storage/modeling, visualization, and front-end background, a successful candidate will have experience successfully working on unstructured problems, building a scalable infrastructure, strong communication skills and easily adapting to changing roadmaps.

Design, implement, and maintain data-driven web applications

Familiarity with modern programming languages (i.e. C/C++, Java, Python, Objective C, JavaScript, Rust, React, Ruby)

Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office post COVID restrictions

Working knowledge of the saving/investing/lending/fintech space

Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups or top tier technology companies

Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A curiosity when tackling complex business problems
