At Square, the Recruiting Coordinators are the liaisons of Square candidates, bringing the human experience to our recruiting machine. We're looking for someone to join our global team of RCs.

You will:

• Craft and provide an informed, delightful and seamless interview experience for both candidates and interviewers, ensuring a great impression of Square and a remarkable Talent brand.
• Coordinate all interview logistics, often involving different time zones, candidate travel, and virtual components.
• Align Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiters, Sourcers and Candidates so that the right people are in the right place at the right time - each feeling informed and comfortable with their role in hiring.
• Implement your ideas to increase the efficiency of our workflows, improve candidate experience, and otherwise better our team.
• Report into a RC Manager. They will work with you to remove blockers and build your skillset to grow your career at Square.
• Support 3-4 Recruiters of varying functions (technical and business), partnering with them to get great talent in the door.

You have:

• A mind geared toward logistics. Think: busy calendars, booked rooms, video calls with other countries. Making these puzzle pieces fit perfectly together gives you a sense of accomplishment.
• An eye for the details. You manage all of the above while noting that an interviewer will need travel time to get to their interview, or that a candidate gave you availability for a holiday. 
• A human-centric approach to your work. You feel inspired when a new hire circles back to thank you for providing them with a welcoming experience when they were interviewing, or when your creative idea to showcase our community groups is implemented in our candidate tours.

Even better:

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator and working with ATS (applicant tracking systems)
