As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data Solutions and Financial Inclusion, you are responsible for a portfolio of products related to Data, Attributes, Scores and Models that get used by clients across the credit and/or decisioning lifecycle and help lenders of all types drive equity and financial inclusion. As a partner to the Product Managers for your products, you become the subject matter expert on the market, the buyer journey, the sales experience, and the challenges our clients and their customers face.  You define our go-to-market strategy for new products and key enhancements, position offerings effectively, and deliver compelling and differentiated messages in multiple formats across multiple channels so they resonate with the market. You will help stakeholders across the organization understand our products and their benefits.  
 

The ideal candidate is someone with a product marketing background and experience working for a B2B enterprise software vendor or financial institution. Background and knowledge in models, scores, analytics solutions, AI/machine learning or credit underwriting is a big plus.  The individual must have strong communication and organization skills, the ability to manage others, work cross-functionally and leverage teams across the business to implement the strategy.  

  

 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Client/ market research and expertise – developing an understanding of the market, the buyer personas and needs, and the competitive environment. Drive ongoing ‘Voice of the Customer’ best practices. 
  • Value proposition and positioning – clearly articulating product messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with targeted market segments and across channels. 
  • Go-to-market plans and strategies –  coordinating across groups and product areas to define and execute smart strategies and effective go-to-market plans. 
  • Sales enablement and product marketing content – drive the creation of compelling internal/external product content (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, videos, product sheets, etc.) and other resources with the help of the creative team, and coordinate/track campaigns to drive targeted revenue objectives. 
  • Thought leadership – Partner with leaders and teams across the portfolio of CIS products and other Business Units to drive and evaluate new business strategies.   
  • Data insights and analytic skills—leverage data to make informed decisions as well as track, analyze and optimize marketing performance.  
  • Operations delivery – provide oversight for end to end marketing execution to ensure quality and timeliness objectives are met.  Manage functional resources (design, writing) to optimize delivery. 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • BS/BA and related work experience required 
  • MBA strongly preferred 
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management and/or sales in a information, services or technology company or a financial services company of which at least 5 years were in a leadership role.  
  • Demonstrated success in launching digital, cloud platform solutions a plus. 
  • Background and knowledge in models, scores, analytics solutions, AI/machine learning or credit underwriting is a big plus. 
  • Naturally curious and a ‘continuous learner’ with excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a vision, strategy and plan to get there 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity to drive to clarity and execution/ delivery 
  • Ability to shine in a collaborative, cross-team capacity with strong verbal and in-person communication skills that demonstrate interpersonal savvy 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and effective management of multiple priorities 
  • Excellent written communication skills - clear, concise and streamlined 
  • Process-driven, with ability to develop repeatable processes that scale 
  • Highly proficiency computer skills and adept at evaluating, learning and adapting to new systems and tools.
