Wish is a mobile shopping app that connects consumers with affordable goods around the world. Now, we’re searching for a smart, creative copywriter to help amplify and refine Wish’s copy. The Senior Copywriter, Editorial will join the Product Creative team and collaborate with other writers, designers, marketers, and engineers on a variety of cross-functional marketing projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Be an inquisitive and versatile writer, ready to hit the ground running

• Write long-form copy for our small business venture Wish Local

• Copyedit other writing submissions across the company and be our go-to person for grammar questions

• Manage the editorial process and use data to refine content strategy

• Uphold and refine Wish Local voice, tone, and messaging

• Work closely with other writers, designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers

• 6+ years copywriting and copyediting experience

• SEO skills

• Copy editing skills and a mastery of grammar

• Content marketing experience preferred

• Journalism experience preferred

• Able to effectively use data to determine strategy

• An empathetic team player

• Organized, detailed & creative

• BA in English, Marketing or another related discipline
