SUMMARY:
In partnership with the AVP of Corporate Development, develops and executes strategy to deliver corporate revenue in support of JDRF’s mission. Develop strategic business relationships with national corporate partners to secure funding for JDRF organizational priorities at the $100,000 plus level. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and managing a $5M+ annual portfolio from national corporate sponsorships. Securing funding for JDRF organizational priorities involves selling intangible sponsorships that will be integrated into the business and marketing strategies of the prospective company.
Major responsibilities include generating and closing new and add-on sales and achieving a designated revenue goal, developing JDRF sales strategies, collaborating with chapters, collaborating with JDRF staff and volunteers, and managing the sales process from initial client meeting through contract close.
