The Role
The work we do is complex and multifaceted - spanning software, data science, infrastructure, clinical workflow design, product configuration, and more - and it requires world-class program management to do it well. We are looking for a top-flight program manager who likes the variety and fast pace of a startup environment to join our team and help us reach the next level of effectiveness in how we operate. This role is a big one with major impact - it will be our first technical program manager, with the opportunity to define and shape the function, and the scope will be across our company's entire product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure that new products, solutions, and incremental releases are efficiently and successfully delivered, by expertly facilitating the product & solution development lifecycle
    • Help bring together all of Qventus' talent to create high-performing teams, including our clinical experts (doctors, nurses, etc.), our product / design / analytics staff, our engineers and data scientists, and our go-to-market and customer success teams
    • Facilitate all of our beta and pilot programs: work with the Customer Success team to identify, prioritize and acquire beta customers for new products / solutions, and project manage betas to successful completion by working closely with R&D, Delivery, and our customers.
    • Make sure that every launch goes smoothly, complete with launch plans, documentation, training, etc.
    • Design the process for rolling out improvements to our solutions to our customers on a continuous basis, to ensure our customers always have the latest and greatest
    • Set up infrastructure / tracking mechanisms for solution experiments and ensure that successful experiments get propagated back into solutions
    • Take accountability for project management of key cross-functional R&D programs and initiatives, keeping them on schedule and anticipating & resolving potential roadblocks
    • Facilitate the company's product roadmapping process, including standardized mechanisms for intake of input, execution of roadmapping activities, cross-team dependency management, and distribution of roadmap content
    • Ensure smooth product operations and governance of product-related OKRs

Key Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years of project/program management and 10+ experience in a role that demonstrated comprehensive understanding of both the business requirements and technical capabilities needed to deploy enterprise SaaS products & solutions.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end lifecycle for building and deploying enterprise SaaS products & solutions.
    • Deep experience with project management, with ability to find the minimum amount of project management structure needed for each initiative and high degree of comfort with project management tools & techniques.
    • Proven track record of collaboration across functions spanning Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing / Sales.
    • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand business needs and context and bring that understanding into program management.
    • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in working with customers / partners (including C-Suite executives).
    • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help.
    • Nice to haves: Project management certification, Experience in healthcare technology, Technical background
