Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £9.30 per hour dependant on experience
In your role as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, your main duties will include Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, gritting, leaf clearance, litter picking, and clearance as required. You will also provide management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site issues. You may be required to drive company vehicles, ensuring they are kept in full tact and any maintenance issues are reported in a prompt manner. You will provide swift solutions for any requests, complaints or queries – reporting them to the correct department or escalating if need be.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a passion for Horticulture/Gardening, with great communication skills and customer service experience. Gritting and Grounds Maintenance experience are required, with the ideal candidate also having PA1 & PA6 spraying license. A full driving license is also required. You should have a good understanding of smartphone technology to ensure that work activity is properly recorded.
