Product Manager Abrasives

Within the Bosch Powertools, we are the global abrasives powerhouse, located in beautiful Frauenfeld, Switzerland. In this interesting role, you will be the one person in charge of managing our Non Woven Abrasives global portfolio, which is produced in our plant in the United Kingdom.

You bring people together and make them believe in a bright future for our products. In order to do so, you:

• develop, drive and deliver the product strategy, based on user insights and business needs.
• work collaboratively with the teams in UK and Switzerland to define and deliver sustainable, profitable growth by continuously challenging your own understanding and experiences.
• bring data driven insights and clarity in order to identify and promote growth opportunities across all sales channels, brands, and regions.
• act as a trusted consultant for sales teams and marketing communication on product applications, pricing and positioning.

Personality: You like to take decisions under uncertainty, make mistakes and learn from it. High result-orientation as well solid analytical capabilities and communication skills enable you to be heard across various management levels.

Enthusiasm: As a product management enthusiast, you energize our agile, cross-functional teams to achieve the impossible. Joy to build, mend, and maintain relationships in a large, and complex organization - you've got that; check!

Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge in other languages (especially German) would be an advantage.
