The role

KinCare nurses provide vital care and support to our Customers in their own homes.

You’ll help by providing wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care, administering medications and injections, and providing clinical management.

As a core member of our team, you’ll work closely with families, General Practitioners and the KinCare team to ensure a holistic approach to each customer’s health needs, including their physical, emotional and social well-being.
