AFS Technology Manager

If so, Altisource is interested in YOU! Altisource, a leading provider in end-to-end services and technologies to the mortgage and real estate industries, is seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated AFS Technology Manager to join the rapidly growing team in default sales. The Altisource team delivers best-in-class products and services that help mortgage originators and investors operate, scale, and protect their business. This position is approved for remote workers!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintain a stable PPW/Xactware technology infrastructure
• Coordinate with enterprise business analysts and technology partners to address and correct any technology failures
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a technology functionality roadmap
• Forecast estimated technology needs and associated expenses
• Serve as the liaison with PPW, representing AFS in all technology-related communications
• Develop and implement needed user acceptance training (UAT) with AFS
• Participate in discussions directly with clients and prospective clients regarding technology functionality and necessary integrations
• Evaluate and improve the user experience
• Identify technology skill gaps with users, and collaborate with Operations leadership to close gaps
• Provide training support in presenting PPW/Xactware modules as part of new-hire or maintenance training sessions

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

• Extensive experience with Mortgage Industry Field Services operations and PPW systems use
• Proven history of success in collaborating with Operations leaders
• Deep experience in managing third-party technology providers, following the technology roadmap
• Proven skills in needs assessment, ideation, and plan development to guide systems enhancements
• Successful track record in adhering to timelines
