As an Account Manager, you are the key client advocate. You are not only the main point of contact, but you also represent the client.
While the marketing producers on the team specialize in their designated areas (SEO, advertising, blogging), you ensure that everything is working together and matches the client’s needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Create a positive onboarding experience for new marketing services clients.
Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to international marketing services clients. From the onboarding through the post-go-live support.
Deliver monthly performance reports to clients (in liaison with the campaign specialists) - including a narrative analysis of recent performance, tasks performed, and next steps.
Ensure the timely progress and delivery of monthly/quarterly campaign initiatives according to clients’ needs and objectives.
Drive retention among your clients by delivering exceptional customer service, educating them on the optimizations performed by the operations team, and reporting client’s expectations back to the team.
Regularly interact with clients via email or scheduled evening Zoom calls and handle queries related to link building, Google My Business, Google Ads.
Proactively communicate process improvements and new market trends that may impact client’s performance.
Manage the ongoing execution of the monthly newsletters, social media, ebooks, and blogs for the assigned accounts.
At least 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Ability to filter through the noise and clearly understand what the client’s needs and wants are.
Effective communication skills and well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing services like SEO/Link Building, Google My Business, and Google Ads.
Excellent active listening skills.
Very good command of English.
