CitrusAd is powering retail media with personalized sponsored products and display ad technology platform for the world's biggest retailers across 25 countries.  Our tech paired with a world class services division is driving retailer media sales and enhanced Ad Serving for retailers of any size.  Now that's refreshing!

Why this could be your next big break:

You will be a critical member of the US team, relied upon to manage and traffic ad campaigns for the US grocery ecommerce ad network. This will include overseeing campaign lifecycles of several vendors, while maximizing revenue growth for the media team.   Past experience in ecommerce media and sponsored search are a plus. The position is remote in CST or EST time zones.

About the role:

  • This role is an individual contributor position on the Ad Operations team at CitrusAd with opportunity for internal growth.
  • Work internally with Sales and Sales Support team members to traffic, optimize and pace media campaigns.
  • Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes.
  • Be a trusted source of data, insight and context for Sales Teams.
  • Liaise with partners as we launch to ensure that our configuration is meeting their needs and is optimized for yield.
  • Work closely with pre and post-sales support team to ensure successful delivery of all campaigns
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery status, escalate delivery and technical issues, and optimize campaigns to meet performance Goals.
  • Clearly communicate advertising capabilities and needs with sales, tech and product teams
  • Work with sales and marketing to ensure go-to market strategy matches our ability to execute

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Client Operations Manager who has the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • 3-5+ years of ad ops experience
  • Experience with ecommerce media and search platforms
  • Programmatic experience is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and programs
  • Must be able to work individually and also as team
  • Experience with campaign management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners (CPGs and Retailers)
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong attention to detail and process
  • Bachelor’s Degree
