The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Daxko will sit on Daxko’s Digital Marketing Agency team and will be responsible for managing and continuously optimizing our customers' websites and digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum lead generation. This position will run campaigns for our Daxko Digital Marketing Agency customers, focusing on our VIP tier. Additionally, this position will work alongside Account Managers, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialists, Designers, Developers, and clients to develop effective strategies and deliver projects on time. 

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Specialist Team Lead.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create and launch digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to drive conversions and hit business level goals and stay within budget
• Measure and analyze digital content effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other platform analytics
• Connect marketing platform analytics to business operations software to report on overall ROI for digital marketing campaigns
• Employ a testing mindset with the ability to plan, set up, and analyze split testing campaigns
• Utilize a combination of best practices and creative problem solving to continually test and improve customer’s website and digital marketing performance
• Consistently and effectively communicate with Account Managers to keep customers informed of their website and digital marketing performance metrics, making action suggestions based on campaign performance
• Collaborate with Daxko Agency and software team members to develop a comprehensive marketing and business strategy to drive customer success
• Mentor, train, and support Daxko Agency Digital Marketing Specialists

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., content marketing and growth, SEO, email, PPC, social media)
• Experience with On-page SEO and Local SEO (Directory listings)
• WordPress experience (including landing page build-out)
• Experience Split Testing (ads and landing pages)
• Direct customer interaction experience
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts at one time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Comfortable learning and using complex software programs
• Computer and software skills for efficient research, documentation, and information management
• Ability to stay up to date on current industry trends and learn new technical skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3+) years of agency experience
• Three (3) years of experience managing a large enterprise level ad spend budget across multiple platforms
• Three (3) years of experience with SEM tools (Google Analytics & Data Studio)
• Three (3) years of experience running successful Facebook, Google, and Google Grant Campaigns

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five (5+) years of experience with digital marketing tactics in the health and wellness industry
