Our providers are motivated to provide high quality, person-and family-centered, comprehensive care in a telehealth setting. Our Customers are Nurses, call handlers and telehealth-center senior-level staff. They are generally comfortable with change and are interested in working in a transformational care setting where enablers to care are frequently improved and optimized. Other times, they need some encouragement to move forward. Our team inspires and promotes our product developers and other members of the technology team by guidance and support of new development, integrations, onboarding and other PM roles as needed.
This position reports directly to the c-level founders and the PM Leadership.
This job is permanently 100% remote, with travel to customer sites.

Our ideal candidate has experience in Software PM + Healthcare + Contact Center + deep agile knowledge.
Experience onboarding a complex product that requires a bunch of customization.
Independently lead and motivate teams on internal and external projects in a fast-paced environment start-up environment
Organize and structure key project deliverables for internal initiatives, monitor task completion and provide on-going status reports.
Partner with internal team members to scope, size and deliver new client opportunities.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies and deliverable outcomes.
On-time delivery of client onboarding projects.
Function as a Scrum Master & Product Owner to lead effective Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
Manage potentially unmotivated or demanding client personalities.
Proactively monitor, report, and react to project scope changes and timeline risk.
Ability to anticipate issues and work toward a solution by building consensus within the team.
Effectively facilitate communication amongst the project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management, compiling and producing executive level status reports.
Foster a collaborative environment within the project team.
Act as a key client contact and ensure expectations are met and results are delivered.
Support internal process and efficiency improvements projects.
Contribute to the internal development of Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards
BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience, Computer Science a plus
5+ years of project management experience with at least 1 year of Agile experience
Experience working as a project manager on external client facing projects
Exposure to a wide variety of management techniques including Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall
Experience delivering technology related projects
In-depth understanding of software development process and technologies
Experience, in some capacity, in healthcare or healthcare-related field
Experience, in some capacity, in call-center environments
Experience in start-up or fast paced dynamic environment
Ability to handle several projects and manage competing priorities
Willingness to travel (33%) (post-COVID).
