Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, Americas, the Senior Marketing Specialist, Americas will contribute to the planning and execution of full-funnel inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives to raise brand awareness and increase lead generation. This is an autonomous role focused on content creation, campaign management, paid media strategy, sales enablement, and performance reporting. This role is equally strategic and tactical for effective campaign optimization and timely reporting. This is a strong project manager who will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders globally.

 

What will you do?

  • Lead inbound and outbound demand generation, including developing and executing campaigns to achieve our KPI’s at every stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Own campaign performance measurement and reporting including setting up campaign tracking and communicating marketing performance results.
  • Test, collect, and analyze data, identify trends, and draw insight to achieve maximum ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Work cross-functionally to liaise, collaborate, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This includes product marketing, industry marketing, digital marketing operations, editorial content marketing, brand and creative, and client services.
  • Continually monitor for opportunities to improve campaign performance and workflows.
  • Stay up to date on paid social, search, content syndication, and general digital marketing best practices to inform day-to-day activities.

What will the deliverables be?

  • Demand generation campaigns that educate our target audiences and generate new business opportunities for our commercial teams.
  • Account-based marketing programs, including planning and execution.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing ROI, including performance reporting on campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
  • Needs-based content planning, development, and writing.
  • End-to-end digital events management and logistics.
  • Iteratively improve standard operating procedures and communicate best practices to stakeholders across the organization when necessary.

    Qualifications

    What does a candidate need to bring with them?

    • Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
    • B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience with proven success.
    • Digital expertise and proficiency executing and managing paid campaigns leveraging these tools or similar: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Clearbit Advertising.
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise digital marketing, advertising, reporting, automation tools, and CRM such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Data Studio. It's a bonus if you've used ABM intent tools such as Bombora.
    • Expertise in developing and implementing new marketing programs, structures, and processes, including building audience segments.
    • Proficiency in writing marketing copy as well as developing and executing content strategies.
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills with proficiency in presenting to senior leadership.
    • Project management skills

    Nice to have?

    • SaaS, agency, media, and/or consulting experience.
    • HTML, SEM, and SEO experience.
    • French and/or Spanish fluency.
    • Start-up experience.
