Job Description

The Software Developer (.NET) will program solutions primarily within our multiple Sales and Service Delivery platforms and corporate application systems. They will work within the development team to deliver new functionality, identify and resolve bugs, and assist with designing new systems using agile methodologies. They will be essential in providing support in our modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

What is the Role:

  • Develop solutions based on business requirements provided by the Product Owners using primarily .NET. 

  • Develop solutions on MS Power Platform 

  • Perform deployments into production as required. 

  • Assist in overall estimation of the project as required. 

  • Assist in overall modernization of our Sales and Service Delivery portfolio as we move to cloud and possibly other SaaS based solutions. 

  • Drive key initiatives to provide the best solution for the business via projects and BAU. 

  • Provide 2nd/ 3rd level operational support (and BAU) to the Enterprise Technology suite of products initially focusing on Microsoft CRM Dynamics (Dynamics 2016 and D365). 

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s in computer sciences degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Microsoft certification in Power Platform. 

  • Programming in Microsoft .NET using C#. 

  • Experience with designing Microsoft Power Platform – i.e. PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate solutions. 

  • Experience with using agile methods for delivery. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. 

  • Experience with designing and administrating CRM Dynamics (2016 and D365) solutions. 

  • Experience in using Microsoft Devops or similar tools like Jira, etc. for story creation and management. 

  • Experience with CI/CD using Microsoft devops. 

  • Experience in Visual Studio 2016 or above. 

  • Understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA). 

  • Understanding of ServiceNow administration and configuration.
